Monterrey Bar and Grill: Authentic Mexican Flavors & Vibrant Dining in D'Iberville, MS

Came in for lunch… left feeling like royalty. Why? Because they made our guacamole tableside like it was a VIP performance. I’m talking avocado mashing with flair our server could’ve had their own show on Food Network. We said “mild,” and they said “trust us” and they were right. It was the perfect blend of creamy, citrusy, and just enough kick to make your chips do a little happy dance. At one point I caught myself guarding the bowl like a dragon protects treasure. My friend tried to double dip and I gave them the look. The rest of the food was great, too; but that guac? That’s the memory that’ll keep me coming back. Highly recommend if you’re hungry and want dinner with a little drama and a lot of flavor.

Awesome place to eat for fast and delicious food. The service was amazing and we had chips and drinks within a few minutes. The salsa was even delicious . We went after church with the family and everyone finished their plates. Thanks for the awesome service, food, and music!!! Be blessed!

The food was absolutely delicious! My boyfriend and I both agreed we had not finished our full meal when out to eat in quite sometime, we usually need a to go box. But this time we definitely didn’t! He got tacos and I got the grilled chicken quesadilla and we both got rice & beans. It was so full of flavor and absolutely juicy and spot on! I’m currently pregnant so I had a virgin strawberry daiquiri which I love unlike a lot of Mexican restaurants they actually have daiquiris and not just frozen margaritas, it was delicious and full of flavor. My boyfriend got a White Russian and said it was delicious & creamy and definitely had plenty of liquor in it! The server was kind and helpful and the manager or possibly owner, was super friendly and helpful and spoke to us like we were good friends. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and will be coming back when we’re in town!

My family and I stopped by here for the first time and we definitely weren’t disappointed, I was throughly impressed with their drink menu and liquor selection, the food was delicious (pineapple fajita is my favorite!) and the customer service was TOP NOTCH. The owner Pancho made sure to stop by our table and talk with us and the kids to make sure we were having a good dining experience, we will definitely be back to enjoy one of their daiquiri towers :)

Service was amazing. The owner was the waiter himself. Amazing personality. Made special vegetarian order for me upon request.

Service was the reason it’s 4/5. We had a very nice server but I think they had him working the bar, our table and then several other tables which probably contributed to the lack of service. We got our guacamole fresh but it came right when our food came out. It was ordered as an appetizer. Also we asked for additional chips for the guac as we had eaten all of ours. We waited awhile and it seems he had forgotten them. I had to ask someone else. We wanted to order more drinks but by the time he came around again, we had already finished our dinner and ready for the check. Overall, food was tasty! I thoroughly enjoyed my enchiladas verdes! Best enchiladas verdes in the area. Guac was fresh and tasty. House margaritas were good. I’ll visit again and maybe get better service next time.

First time. Immediately greeted, chips & salsa, and drink order. Wasn't busy, but got busier as the stay went. Ordered birria tacos, and the beef was fair. The little special sauce they had was delicious apart from the consome and carried the meal. Would come back again to try their other dishes.
